Have We Turned a Corner?

Just wanted to share some good news...

As many of you know, ever since she was born, G has had trouble holding down her milk. This week I commented to my DH that I thought it was getting better. Now, the last two days, we've seen NO spit up - not even when she burps!!!

We are all doing the happy dance at my house! Yay G!

To all you Moms who have spitty babies, there does seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel!

Yay for G! I can attest to this too! My guy used to puke so much we had to change him (and ourselves!) constantly. On a 24 hour trip to my parents' when he was about 6 weeks old, I packed 8 sleepers, 5 outfits, and 25 burp cloths, and we went through every single one. And then when he started sitting up at 4 months, it got even worse. We'd have the odd day or two where I thought it was maybe getting better but then he'd be back to puking a lot. But now and for the past while, he rarely throws up anymore at all. Packing to go away is a LOT easier! ;)

My first child SPIT UP all the time! (He's 33 now). A friend's mom told me he would quit when he was "upright", and he did, at about 5-6 months.

Thanks for all the comments everyone. So far, she's still doing good. Some spit up...but still far less than just a few short weeks ago.
